Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 10, 2026

1. General Provisions

All payments for subscriptions and other paid services on the platform are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Policy or required by applicable law. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the service is provided to you immediately upon payment, and you gain access to paid features.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • A technical error in charging — for example, a duplicate charge of the same amount for a gem purchase.
  • The service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to the platform’s fault, and this significantly interfered with the use of gems, provided that the gems had not yet been spent.
  • Unused gems purchased less than 24 hours ago — if you purchased gems less than 24 hours before the refund request and have not spent any gems. In this case, we reserve the right to retain payment system fees.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind about using the service (“didn’t like it”, “stopped using it”).
  • You violated the Terms of Use or Community Guidelines (including being suspended).
  • You spent at least part of the purchased gems.
  • The refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after the gem purchase (except in cases of technical error).

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, you must:
1. Send an email to support@luston.ai within 24 hours from the time of payment.
2. Provide:

  • Account email
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Reason for the refund
  • Screenshots or other evidence (if necessary)
Refund requests are reviewed within up to 10 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. The time required to receive the funds depends on your bank or payment system and may range from 3 to 30 days.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on the website. Continued use of the service after changes means your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
